ALTUS was conceived at the request of one of the countries largest tilt-up hardware suppliers.

Our sister company, Rising Sun Company has always had the capability for all in-house construction engineering tasks. We have prided ourselves on the flexibility and control of in-house engineering.

The hardware supplier needed help with a backlog of tilt-up hardware design requests acquired during the summer. They were loosing sales because of the design delays. Our sister company, Rising Sun Company, was one of the few companies in the country offering in-house design. Our reputation for quality and reliability led the hardware supplier to ask us for help.

ALTUS was born.

ALTUS was started, licensed and insured separately of Rising Sun Company. Since that summer, we have completed over on-hundred engineering jobs for that hardware supplier alone. We are currently averaging 6 jobs per week. The jobs continue to stream in consistently, without any advertising or marketing.

ALTUS is now a mature stand alone engineering company specializing in all types of construction engineering including tilt-up lifting and bracing design. Presently we work exclusively for Rising Sun Company and White Cap Supply. We have done projects throughout the United States and Mexico.
