Farmersville Community Center, Completion July 2010– 16,000 SF tilt-up structure for the City of Farmersville.  The City of Farmersville and the Boys and Girls Club of the Sequoias came to Altus with a need for a community center.  Altus worked within their budget and their schedule to design the City’s community center.

Exeter Boys and Girls Club, Completion August 2009 – 5,000 SF renovation, that included a demolition plan of an existing roof and engineering design for a new roof.  The Boys and Girls Club came to Altus Engineering with a major roof concern.  It appeared an existing roof structure was failing.  Altus immediately determined the cause of the roof failure and prepared a new roof design.  Altus’s experience and quick response time allowed the project permitting and design approval to be expedited through the County. 

Exeter Foundry Development, Began in 2008, Ongoing – Altus is responsible for working with Edison to deliver electrical power to the Exeter Foundry Development.  Altus also provided multiple land use plans for the developer of the property.  Altus took the conceptual plans before the Exeter Planning Commission for approval.  Currently Altus is in the final stages of permitting for the property.

Exeter Museum and Art Gallery, Completion July 2007 – 6,000 SF remodel and renovation to combine the old Exeter jail with the Exeter courthouse.  The Exeter Art Gallery and Museum association came to Altus engineering with a project that needed to be updated to current building codes and modified to the current budget.  Altus delivered Exeter with a current project that met all of their needs.

Arbor Terrance Ranch Office, Completion September 2006 – 2,500 SF Spanish style office space with a custom Agriculture shop.

Dairy Design – Altus designs water-tight structures for dairy waste.

Rising Sun Company, Inc., Ongoing – Altus Engineering provides Rising Sun Company an Exeter based Construction Company with support for all of their heavy civil projects that require engineering.  Altus is responsible for hundreds of concrete Tilt-Up panel designs.  Altus also performs all bridge demolition and false work designs.  Altus designs Rising Sun Company’s dust control, traffic control and SWPPP plans for all construction projects.
